Our orders are shipped within 3-4 days once you place your order. If your order is expected to take longer we will contact you immediately.

At Nova, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We don’t accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. Firstly, we apologize if the product received was damaged. Customers can only exchange damaged/wrong/ faulty items within 5 days of purchase date.

Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

Your request period will expire after 5 days from the date of delivery.

• Proof of purchase must be provided via order/Invoice number
• Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their protective packaging.

Return/Exchange requests will not be accepted without the order/Invoice number.

Please note that Nova has the right to refuse accepting returned items if not defective and if without original packaging condition.
